Most of our classes are open to all levels and will vary individually as each student mindfully explores their own body. Our instructors are here to guide and assist you as you find your teacher within.

A more traditional style that focuses on proper alignment, breath connection and focus with mindfulness. The basic yoga postures are combined with regulated breath and performed in a systematic and accessible manner. This class will help reduce stress, increase energy, stretch and strengthen the muscles and encourage you to breathe more freely and fully.
Hatha, loosely translated as “ha” meaning “sun” and “tha” meaning “moon,” refers to the balance of masculine aspects—active, hot, sun—and feminine aspects—receptive, cool, moon—within all of us. Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. This breath-driven hatha flow practice will energise and relax the body, quieten and focus the mind, and illuminate the passions of the soul.
Kundalini, "the yoga of awareness," opens your heart, builds strength and releases the energy located at the base of your spine. Kundalini Yoga helps to balance the energy systems in the body, including the brain, the glandular and nervous systems. It varies from practice to practice, and is different then more widely known forms of yoga. All classes will begin with an opening mantra and finish with a deep meditation, while focusing on breath techniques, mudras (hand positions) and relaxation throughout class.
Utilizes breathe and dynamic movement to emphasize mind, body, and spirit connection in a Vinyasa style class. You'll find yourself challenged, yet swept away in the relaxed nature of mindful movement. Winds down with a long savasana and meditation. Open to all levels.
This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.
Slow Flow & Meditation
This gentle, steady flowing class combines breath with movement and meditation. Beginning with Pranayama (breath work), students are then guided into a Slow Flow Vinyasa practice that will prepare the body to end with a guided meditation and Savasana.
Open to all levels. Transition one breath at a time as you learn to synchronize movement of body with rhythm of breath. Based on the devotion and discovery of Sun Salutations, this continuously moving flow links posture and breath to mind-body awareness leaving you feeling revitalized, refreshed, and restored.
This class is designed to teach the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga in a supportive environment. A great class for those new to Vinyasa style yoga, students will experience linking breathe and movement, and focus on proper alignment for each asana.
