Sarah is blessed to have found the path of yoga through the grace of connection with many different individuals in her life. She studied traditional Hatha yoga and Ayurveda with Swami Prabodh Chaithanya in Southern India which set her teaching philosophy as one of harmonious re-union of the spirit unto its true and blissful essence. Her methodology is one of melding the fundamental tradition with the current flow of yoga as it is evolving to fit the needs of today's culture. She sees asana practice as the bridge between autonomic and central nervous system function and believes it can be used as a tool for cultivating subtle awareness within the self.
When she is not teaching yoga, Sarah is a photographic artist, teaching young children the thrills of the creative mind. She has spent the past year traveling the world, photographing global yoga communities in 14 different countries and she hopes to share their knowledge and pay it forward.
