What is your training?
I completed my 200 and 350 hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Brisbane, Australia with YIMI (Yoga Integrative and Medicine Institute) five years ago.
After my teacher trainings I have been travelling around the World, teaching and deepening my Yoga studies. Some of that countries are Germany, Portugal, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia and USA.
Describe your yoga philosophy.
After completing my Chemistry Degree I decided to start from zero in the farest place from my home country, Australia.
In contact with that amazing landscape and Nature while passing tru some really difficult challenges in my personal life I went back to my Yoga practice. It completely changed and still changes my life. It gives me the strength I need to live my life with a fulfilled heart. It made me open my heart, accept myself for what I am and not for what I can do and allows me to breath deeply and have a smile in my face every single day.
I believe that Yoga can change people's life. Connecting deeply the breath, body and mind is a gift that we can achieve through Yoga. Feeling centered and grounded, feeling in harmony and peace and most of all BELIEVING, TRUSTING ourselves are amazing side effects that arise from Yoga practice.
Describe yourself in one word.
What else are you passionate about?
Travelling. There is nothing else in the World that makes me feel more alive than travelling. Knowing new cultures, religions, gastronomy, landscapes, points of view, ideas…
I love to know more about everything. I am curious. I am curious, I love to be free to study about anything that interests me.
I am passionated about life, about nature, sports, food, kids, animals. I am passionated about living the best I can, while I can.
