Join Emily Perry for a Bhakti vinyasa workshop and experience gratitude from within: together we'll practice with intention and heart, opening to the grace of the practice embodied in the flow of form.
All Levels, some yoga experience helpful. Come prepared to practice, and explore mudra, chanting, and breath work.
