Bre began her journey into yoga in 2012 and after having extensive experience in fitness and dance, she expected yoga to be “easy” and was pleasantly surprised to discover that the physical stamina and mental journey inwards was one of the hardest but most rewarding journeys that she had ever been on. Stemming from a background in power vinyasa flow after her RYT 200 certification under the mentorship of Linda McGrath at YogaSource, her vinyasa classes will make you sweat but also discover that your mind is usually the limitation that holds you back from excelling physically. To balance the yin to her yang, she studied under Jo Phee and also teaches restorative yin yoga specializing in myofascial release. Her belief is if you still the mind, the heart will speak.
